Rest assured, all of the opinions I share are my own, based on science-backed research, my 6+ years of nutrition education, and personal experiences.

If I do not believe in or support a specific product or brand, I will either not review it, or I will express my opinion as to what improvements need to be made to make it registered dietitian approved.
