Add the apple cider vinegar into the milk and let sit (this creates a homemade buttermilk like liquid.) Then, mix all dry ingredients together. Gradually add dry into wet and mix until smooth.
Heat griddle on stove top. Spray lightly with cooking spray and pour 1 scoop of batter onto pan. They cook fast, so keep an eye and turn them quickly!When cooked , enjoy immediately or let them cool and place in a air-tight bag or container in the fridge. Or, freeze for up to 3 months.
