  • 8 oz white button mushrooms chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 2 medium Serrano peppers about 4 oz, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt
  1. Chop mushrooms, garlic and Serrano peppers.
  2. In a saute pan over medium heat, add the olive oil and place chopped produce into pan.
  3. Heat for 3-5 minutes until mushrooms are soft and peppers dull in color. (If pan becomes dry, add 2-3 tablespoons water).
  4. Remove from heat, add salt and stir.
  5. Top your burger, salads or serve as a side.
