Non-bakers unite! These Easy Peppermint Oreos are literally the easiest thing on your holiday agenda. With a few simple staples you'll have everyone asking, "HOW DO YOU MAKE THESE!" Bonus, they're naturally dairy-free too!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Then, line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Evenly place the Oreo thins on the sheet, then place 3 mini marshmallows on top of each Oreo.
Place baking sheet in the oven to bake for 3 to 5 minutes (or until marshmallows are soft and starting to cook.)Melt the chocolate while thins are melding with the marshmallows! Add the grapeseed oil to the chocolate in a glass bowl, then heat in 30 second intervals (about 90 seconds total), stirring in between until melted
Remove cookies from oven. Pour the white chocolate into a large ziplock bag then cut a small hole at the end to drizzle chocolate over the top. Then, liberally top with the crushed peppermint. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes to harden. Then, separate and enjoy!

How to Store Your Holiday Peppermint Oreos
If enjoying within a week, store in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator to prevent melting.
If making ahead to enjoy later in the season, then freeze in an airtight container. Note, you can also do this if you just enjoy the crunchier cookie straight out of the freezer like me!
If making for a gift box, be sure to store the boxes in a cool area so the chocolate does not melt!

To make this recipe work like a charm, every time, keep these tips in mind!
Do not stack your Oreos on top of one another! You want to make sure each thin gets a little chocolate on it!
Watch the oven time, you don’t want them to get that campfire burn taste! Once the tops start looking a bit soft and “gooey”, remove the baking sheet.
When melting chocolate, be sure to do so in the intervals mentioned above. Burning the chocolate will result in a bitter taste.
Once you have the peppermint unwrapped, use a metal ladle or your meat mallet to crush them in a ziplock bag (it makes the least amount of mess.)
