Toss all ingredients into a high powered blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, wiping down the sides as necessary.
Enjoy immediately on fresh bread or store in the refrigerator in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
I suggest using a blender for this dip but a small food processor would work too!
If you like your Creamy Herbed Feta Dip extra lemony, consider stirring in some lemon zest. Start with the zest from half your lemon and go from there!
Pair with sliced veggies and/or crostini for an appetizer. You can also try making your own pita chips; instead of using the chili spices, simply add salt and pepper (or your favorite spice mix) and bake as directed!
