Ingredients

brown rice
uncooked

water

frozen mixed vegetables

chopped onion

dried edamame seeds

tumeric

onion powder
1 1/2
tsp
cayenne pepper

tsp
garlic powder

tsp
ginger

tbsp
GF soy sauce

tbsp
tahini
Instructions
Place rice in pot and boil with water and cook on high for 8 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium and add in spices and vegetables, stir thoroughly.
Reduce heat to low and cover for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and add in dried edamame seeds.
Serve and top with a dollop of Greek yogurt (will not be vegan then though!).
