Ingredients

sesame oil

1/4
cup
chopped onion

clove
minced garlic
▢

vegetables
any kind

teaspoon
red pepper flakes
▢
1/2
teaspoon
ground black pepper
▢

teaspoon
ground ginger
▢

teaspoon
kosher salt

cooked basmati rice

hemp seeds

Instructions
In a nonstick pan heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add in onion and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add in garlic and cook another minute.
Add in the vegetables and spices. Stir.
Cover and set to low heat, cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and place 3/4 cup of cooked rice in a bowl with 1/3 portion of the vegetables.
Top each with 2 tablespoons hemp seeds.
Add Sriracha to taste.
