  • 1 whole grain English muffin
  • 1 tablespoon spinach pesto sauce
  • 1 large egg cooked
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  1. Toast English muffin.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of a spinach pesto spread evenly over both sides.
  3. Top one slice with cooked egg and cover with remaining side.
  4. Serve with strawberries.
