Walk into just about any sporting goods store and you’re sure to be bombarded by the latest Fitbit, Fuelband, Forerunner 15, etc. before you even reach the cashier! Don’t worry, take a deep breath because today here on Simple-Swaps I am going to give you the 4-1-1 from a fitness professional. Kris Goldman, Certified Personal Trainer (NESTA), just happens to be a good friend of mine and recently divulged her personal use with the Jawbone UP24.
Though I have to admit, I have yet to invest in one of these gadgets, I do believe Kris is spot on with her theory in using some sort of full body assessment to paint a complete picture of one’s well-being: nutritional, emotional, and physical.
